We’ve taken measures to make sure drop-off and pick up are as safe as possible.
In addition to contactless pickup and drop-off, we are sanitizing your tennis rackets, squash rackets and racketball rackets with UV light.
Call or text to alert us you are dropping off your racket. We work out of our home. Video surveillance is on 24/7!
Leave your racket on our porch with your name, email and cell phone. We will contact you to solidify string choice, grip (if needed) and tension.
UV Light Disinfection
We are all in this together. To make your dropoff and pick up as safe as possible, we are now using UV light sanitization.
Your racket(s) will be treated with UV light to sanitize against any germs that might infect us.
After stringing your tennis racket, squash racket or racketball stick, we will treat again to protect you!
Your tennis racket will be wrapped nicely in a poly bag for your pickup.
NOTE: there may be a smoky odor from the UV light. This is normal.
Wash Your Hands
Remember that the safest way to prevent spread of the virus is to wash your hands.
Most of us touch our face/nose reflexively. Virus/germs on our hands can thereby infect us through our nose, mouth and, possibly, the eyes.
What does this mean?
Extra caution should be taken to avoid touching your face and mouth. This is particularly difficult when sweating as our natural (an unavoidable) tendency is towel off our face.
Racket handles, hands and towels should be assumed to be contaminated. Wash/sanitize your hands after you towel off and after you play.
Many organizations recommend using your own set of balls and never picking up the tennis balls of your opponents.
